Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $250.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Memento Mori / Atrium Distribution LLC is not responsible for any additional charges assessed at customs.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages Memento Mori / Atrium Distribution LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier and then reach out to us at AtriumDistributionLLC@Outlook.com and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at AtriumDistributionLLC@Outlook.com — we can only make changes before the order has been fulfilled.
